We don't trade on-line as yet but please contact us by e-mail, phone, fax
or post. If you are a new customer it is often helpful to discuss your requirements
personally before you place an order. Each biocontrol is specific to a particular pest so accurate diagnosis is vital. If you need our IDENTIFICATION SERVICE (it's FREE!) please send a sample in a CRUSHPROOF container with your name and phone number or e-mail address. If you have used any CHEMICAL PESTICIDES it may be necessary to wait for the residue to wear off before introducing predators, again please check the details with us. A list of the effects of the commoner chemicals will be supplied with your instructions for using biocontrols. Post and packing charges are £1.50 per delivery for 1st class post, Special Delivery at cost if required, £12.50 for courier delivery and Overseas Airmail at cost. While we take great care to supply correct advice and good quality material, no liability can be accepted for non-performance, loss or damage resulting from the use of our products, as the crop environmental conditions are outside our control. If you should have a complaint or query about your order please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and we will do our best to put things right if a mistake has been made. Work is always going on to extend the range of biocontrols available, and this site will be updated accordingly as new products come on the market.
